Data Deletion Policy

At GiftPo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the GiftPo app. Please follow these steps:

• Open the GiftPo app and log in to your account.
• Navigate to the Settings screen from your profile.
• Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account button.
• Confirm your action when prompted.

What Data Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased from our active databases:

• Your profile information (display name, avatar, selected country).
• Your authentication data.
• All gifts you have created, tracked, sent, or received.

Please note that data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to access your account to perform the deletion, you can request manual data deletion by contacting us.

Send an email to notepoapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your GiftPo account. We will process your request and delete your data within 7-14 business days.
