- App Data: Information related to your usage of the App, including gifts you create, track, send, or receive, along with optional notes and photos you attach to your gift memories.
2. How We Use Your Information & Google User Data
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Create, authenticate, and securely manage your GiftPo account via Google Sign-In.
- Synchronize your personal gift log, history, and memories across your devices.
- Allow you to track, send, and receive gifts with your friends and contacts.
- Display public gifts in the Explore tab based on your selected country.
- Improve the App's performance, stability, and overall user experience.
GiftPo does not access any private emails, contacts, or Google Drive files from your Google account. We only request basic profile permissions (name, email address, profile picture) necessary for authentication.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: GiftPo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information we have collected about you in the following limited situations:
- Other Users: When you interact with other users of the App, they may see your display name, profile photo, and information related to gifts you share with them or make public.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase) to power essential features like authentication and secure database hosting. These providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf in compliance with privacy standards.

You have full control over your data and have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
