Welcome to GiftPo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GiftPo website and mobile application ("App"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using GiftPo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree to use GiftPo only for its intended purposes of tracking, managing, and discovering gifts. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Any gifts, messages, and content you post on GiftPo remain yours. However, by posting content publicly (such as in the Explore tab), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
You may not use GiftPo to post illegal, offensive, or harmful content, or to harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the App.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
